Delivery Within New Zealand

Free New Zealand wide shipping on all orders over $100!

Otherwise, a flat $5.00 shipping cost applies. This includes tracking (+ signature required on delivery).

Orders are usually sent via Fastway Couriers.
Rural deliveries are sent with New Zealand Post.

Please ensure you have provided your correct delivery address when you register with us, and preferably a physical address. If you wish to use a PO Box, then we can only send your order via NZ Post without tracking. If delivery is to a business, please include the company name when you register. Health By Logic cannot take responsibility if incorrect delivery details are provided, nor for any consequent costs incurred as a result.

If you prefer to have a no-signature delivery, or any other special instructions, please advise us when placing your order.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.

International Shipping

International orders are welcome, but please contact us before placing an order to establish the shipping cost to you. Shipping times can vary between 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination. International orders are not able to be compensated should they be lost or damaged in transit.

Please check your country’s Customs regulations and charges. Health By Logic accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your country’s Customs Office or other government body. Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

We endeavour to sort problems with a parcel lost or damaged in transit within New Zealand prior to it having been delivered to your home or business, provided you notify us immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for a parcel once delivery has been made. If you experience a breakage please hold onto the item and packaging as the delivery company will want to pick it up for inspection as part of their claim process. Please do not return damaged goods without notifying us first, as it is sometimes preferable to make arrangements from our end.
